The clubhouse at Tivoli Lakes provides a variety of facilities for entertaining and activities including two card rooms, an arts & crafts room, a billiards room, a social hall with a stage, a large gathering room with bar, and a meeting room. Adjoining the clubhouse is a large pool with an expansive deck area that includes a spa, a kiddie pool and a separate bath facility; behind the pool are two bocce ball courts.  In front of the Clubhouse are two pickleball courts with a shaded seating area.

The Tivoli Lakes Fitness Center has state-of-the-art equipment to meet everyone's objectives and a separate exercise class/yoga room, dressing rooms, and saunas.
